THE STORY
At the end of 2021, I developed a new recipe that creates bubble-like cells, beautifully representing the bubbles and eddies of the ocean. I mix several products in very precise proportions and temperature conditions, which allows me to create a chemical reaction generating this lacing.
This artwork depicts a flight of butterflies over the sea, seen from above. It is an abstract study of Nature and one of its most declining inhabitants: the butterfly. The pastel colors and the arabesque of their colored wings are visible in the painting. The movement and curves of the painting reflect their conspicuous, fluttering flight.
